Actually, the BIGGEST thank you ever.
Since finding you and having had Bennie stay several times now, I just wanted to say that I now leave him in the best care and have absolute confidence “my little man” will be looked after better than anywhere else.
At least 20 years ago I left another family member in a cattery in Adelaide, and when I picked her up, she looked terrible and I swore I would never do it again.
However, circumstances changed and after looking and asking around, a very dear friend in Bayswater recommended your cattery and now I would not leave Bennie anywhere else.
If I could not get Bennie booked in, then we would not go away.

Just a short note to show our appreciation at the wonderful treatment we have always received at Catnap Cattery over the almost 19 years that we have been boarding our cat (first Ratbag, now Bambi) with you.
We, as a family, tend to go away quite frequently, and whether it be for a mere long weekend, or sometimes for up to 3 or 4 weeks, we know that our kitty will be lovingly looked after by the caring staff at Catnap.
Bambi absolutely hates her carry basket, whilst being transported to the cattery, but settles in quite happily once transferred to her suite at the cattery. It is not unusual, when I come to pick up Bambi (and also Ratbag, in the past), that she is contentedly snoozing away, quite oblivious to the fact that I want to take her home.
Thank you for many years of happy boarding, and hopefully many more to come. I know that there isn’t another cattery anywhere that I would feel comfortable leaving my kitty.

I have been boarding our three cats at Catnap Cattery often over the past few years, for extended periods of time. I have always been very happy with the care of my cats.
When picking them up, they have always looked very clean and well fed and are very happy.
We have been in on occasions, without an appointment, and the enclosures have always been spotless.
Jarom Deeks has always been very attentive to us, listening to our needs of our cats, and helpful and understanding.
We feel that our cats could not get better treatment and the service is surpassed by none.

Thank you to all that are involved in looking after my cat John over the holidays. I have used Catnap Cattery for many years and have found the service, facility and price fantastic. Most of all, John has always been content there, and has never come home distressed. He was, in fact, having a comfortable snooze when I picked him up this last time. I had used many catteries before finding Catnap Cattery, and John would come home distressed and sometimes aggressive. It was peace of mind going away, knowing John is in capable hands with his needs being met.

Bella was a very insecure and anxious cat. She was an 18 month old stray, and had been living wild for a while in Warburton, before being handed in to VAAT, very neglected and pregnant. Taking her anywhere in the car was a traumatic exercise, resulting in vomiting and other messes every time. She became very dependent on us, and it was obvious that leaving her for short unavoidable spells was a harsh experience for her. We needed to diffuse this unsatisfactory situation.
Originally we chose Catnap Cattery for it’s convenient location – less traveling – but we received sound and sensible advice as well. She was put in for one night only, twice, before a longer stay, with 2 weeks in between each stay. Each time it was less agonizing for her and us, and by the time we left her for a week the routine was established. She had cuddles and personal attention, and on collecting her the recovery time was minimal. We could see she had settled down well, her coat was healthy and clean, and her behaviour was calm and controlled.
Then we acquired a young kitten, also abandoned, who was 6 months old when we needed to go away for 2 weeks. Bella was marvelous with him, settled him, showed him the ropes, and looked after him in the same suite for the whole time.
Now we choose Catnap because it cannot be faulted. Jarom and staff always treat our cats with fond and loving care. They take heed of the idiosyncrasies of each animal’s eating habits, routines, likes and dislikes and character. They are treated as individuals, and provided with security, warmth and comfort. The cats come home eagerly of course, but they are healthy and happy, obviously well fed, and settle down within 24 hours. It has made her less anxious and more secure overall.
We are so pleased that Bella has accepted these changes into her life as normal, and that she has helped our other little waif to do the same. Jarom is so patient and careful with both the cats and the owners. We feel they are in the best possible hands and we don’t feel guilty at leaving them.

We write this letter to express our thanks and gratitude for all the years of wonderful service you and your staff have shown to our cats and also the support your staff and yourself have given to us when required.
We have been with Catnap Cattery for over eight years and feel so much a part of what has made this cattery such a great place to go to. The care and dedication that has been evident over the years has been nothing less than faultless.
When we were having problems with Milo and needed somewhere for him to go you were always there with a place for him, even at short notice. This was something that we are so grateful for and know that there will always be a place at Catnap for Milo and Fluffy to go for their holidays.
